My second peer wedding I was even messier than the first. I clearly remember running into Big D's wedding and rushedly sitting down just moments before the bridal party walked down the aisle.
This time? Clara, the boys and I got to the ceremony a half hour early and feeling the need to stick to our generation we left to attend the scariest, closest dive bar we could find (see: "The Other Room" on 40th ave and Peoria just off the canal). We got shots and vodka tonics and ended up overheated and drunk at the ceremony giggling like 5 year olds. (oh, this so is going to be an LJ entry)
All I am saying is, do you really want this to happen at your wedding? :-)
I was thinking instead of spending a ridiculous amount of money on a wedding that I would just go to city hall and sign some paperwork and then get health insurance and a small living allowance as a result. ;P
can you find me your old ILA posts involving credit card fingers and steak dinners?? i want to make a collected work of retail related horrors...Pllleaaaseee. any other gems would also be appreciated :)
