Buying a house
It's been a bumpy ride the last 2 weeks. Basically, we decided to move. Look for another place to rent. Long story short, they were all POS's and next door to meth houses. Robbed.
We were robbed Friday. Between the hours of 9:30 and 4 someone snuck in our house way out in the country, grabbed a knife and crept down the hall checking the rooms to make sure no one was home. I've lost a lot this year. 2011 was not as kind as I had hoped.
I moved out of my parents house.
I developed a new hobby.
I got a part time job.

I mourned the loss of grandpa Jim, the closest to a grandpa I'll ever get.

Magical teachers
My old English teacher reminds me of my love of writing and learning--it depressed me so much that the email address I had for her stopped working a couple years ago.
She came into the store last week and I think I screamed I was so happy to see her--she wants to take me out to lunch. :)
