I'm finding it difficult to learn Tai Chi from a video. Luckily, I have a good video which explains how you should feel and gives multiple viewing angles of a 24 movement form, and when I get back to my base I'll be able to work with someone who has taken Tai Chi and knows the Yang long form. Tai Chi I could only imagine being one of the more difficult to learn from video styles.

If your interested in picking up Kung Fu (a lot of it is very similar to what Shawn Liu taught), I highly recommend this book, and a lot it's principles might assist your Tai Chi efforts.

well then, I hope it has helped you. I regard it highly.

Avatar (the last airbender) has made me want to learn some tai chi, lol.

for now I'm still working on my Aikido and some Bujinkan.
