I've been reading too much Vampire fiction lately. That said, I'm thinking about rereading the Sookie Stackhouse books, or at least the first one. But before I do that, I thought I might indulge in some mental exercise...yes, I've been so lazy that writing a LJ post constitutes strenuous activity.

Based on your likes/dislikes, here are a few words on caution/encouragement regarding the Sookie books ( ... )

Hi Divinemum,

I've read them before. I've actually read most of them twice, but that was last year. I'm thinking about re-reading them this year. But you are right on all counts.

So who do you think Sookie will end up with? My vote is for Sam.

Oh duh. *NOW* I se that you said you've already read them. Sorry 'bout that! LOL

I thought for a bit that Sookie would end up with Sam. But after the last book, I will be surprised if she doesn't settle down with Eric- and if she doesn't end up with Eric, then I think it will be one of those "I choose myself" type of deals.
