Old People Suck

So we got some snow today. I'm not sure how much, I haven't looked out the window since I got home from work...at 6:15 pm...regular time. I think it was supposed to be 6-10 inches. Meanwhile, classes in every high school in the county had been either cancelled or dismissed early (by noon). There wasn't even any snow on the roads yet!!! I

Just think of all the great things about getting old...you get to eat dinner at 4:00, you can be as crotchety as you want and no one can do anything about it, you can wear brightly colored polyester pants, you can tell crazy old stories that all start with "back in my day...," you can carry hard candy in your pocket without people thinking you're weird, you can play bingo around the clock...the good times are yet to come, my friend.

Why do you have to keep making me feel old? Damn you! I think the best way to fight off old age is to have a good ol' fashion S.A.T.(Super Awesome Thursday). It's the only way.

you can probably wear brightly colored polyester pants right now. I don't think you have to wait til you're "old"
