Public Service Announcement: Mirena IUD ((TMI alert: Boys might not want to read))

I'm posting this for the world to see because I found little to no helpful info or experiences on the Mirena and I think seeing someone's minute to minute reactions would have comforted me a lot. So here they are:

seriously speaking all BC should require at least a month to kick in, for safety sake. I know from experience! After experimenting with several different types, I opted for oral BC, especially after reading about all of the IUD's and patches that are available for us now. After all of these years it is the safest method for me.

Reading things like this just confirms my desire to get a vasectomy. I wouldn't like knowing that the woman I cared for was going through this.

Also I would have a excuse to sit on a bag of frozen peas.
