funny, wicker park was not so swanky when i lived there... but it was very up and coming and now is really swank.

chicago is fun. definitely more fun if you're not a poor student!

Awww, you managed to log in many of my Wicker Park and downtown favorites. Violet Hour is a trip, but I can't tell you how many Piece pizzas (LACTOSE INTOLERANCE BE DAMNED!) I consumed over the years. so yum.

I only got to visit HOT DOUGS! once and it was a life-changing experience. an old co-worker of mine is good friends with him, so we got the full Doug treatment. whatever that means... :)

still sad we couldn't meet up. silly weather.

this just means a trip in the fall to Boston to make up for it.
