Did you know the chap behind Paypal is funding the development of an offshore island utopia where people will be able to start a society completely from scratch by creating their own rules, such as anyone can carry guns?

Yeah, I heard about that. A closed society full of trigger-happy idiots where the real power is in the hands of their security service? A good sci-fi plot but not my idea of utopia.
