Tried meditating last night for the first time in ages, afterwards I felt quite calm but as I lay down to sleep I noticed all these aches and pains in my body that I have had over the years, as if they were all recent and still present, particularily my back....just thought it was funny

Do you consider yourself a good person, or a bad person for that matter? while I don't think of my self as a good person per say I certainly don't cconsider myself as a bad person.
