The list below contains Akanishi Jin x Kamenashi Kazuya fics that are worth-reading, well at least for me they are. :)
Not in order, of course. And my comments below don't actually give justice so you can just ignore them and go read what's on the list. ;)
Multi-chaptered:
In his Care by blue_orbs (on-going) - Kame being a boy toy and just read it! Don't be blinded by the no. of chapters, it's worth the looooong read! My favorite.
Fragments by blinkbling24 (on-going) - This one is more or less the same to rl in terms of what's happening between Jin and KT and bla bla bla. A must read fic!
The Sky Above You and The World Beneath Me by indigoskai45 - Very angsty and I love crying so yeah...
Kamen by green_feelings - The same with Fragments. Also relates to their rl situations but less intense?
Seven Days and Drowned in Silence [Sequel to Seven Days] by green_feelings - - Jin goes out with girls, different each week and then Kame makes his way into the story. Okay, lame description I know.
Silently by nerd_san - Jin and Kame are in KAT-TUN but didn't know that they shared a precious memory.
Harukana Yakusoku translated by takagi - Will make you cry... a lot.
One-shot:
The Sun and the Air by meiface - And I thought that IHC was the first fic I've ever read. But then I've read this again and realised that this was the first. And it's amazing! :)
You've Got Mail by damagea - This is really sweet. Really really sweet that it makes you think that there are ants around you while reading it. Okay, that was just me exaggerating but this one is really sweet...at the end. :)
Fall for me by miyamiaki - This fic is really, really cute. And there's a second button involved, too, and that makes it more awesome. :)
Our Ring by verde_ivy - Err. The title says it all?
Available Light by shontos_garden - The start was painful but both grew up and what was painful was paid off by the lovely ending.

Soft Skin Boys by soundczech - Wonderful, funny, and lovely. Jin is so adorable. Well, when is he not?
Perfect Moments by matchynishi - Kame is an artist and he draws Jin and just read it! I don't want to spoil.
In the Land of the blind by lelola - Kame is blind.
Child Stars, On Christmas, Stargazer, and Oh My Stars by soundczech - Child Stars was one of my favorite and I'm glad there were sequels for it!
The Lines We Travel by acchikocchi - They share chocolates. <3
Baby Got Back by soundczech - Jin turned Kame into a Lady. This is beautiful!
I Believe You Liar by soundczech - One of the best fics. I've almost lost interest in Akame but then this fic was created and then I was back to flailing again. Life!
Right Under by prologuesized - Lights and Akame. By that alone, it sounds awesome already or am I weird for thinking like that?
Kingdom of Carrot-heads by prologuesized - Jin comes across a boy with a bright and joyous smileyet can't drop the feeling there's something off about things. -- copied from the summary because I'm running out of words. /puts tongue out
Well I've already warned you that I'm not good at explaining things, so what did you expect?! Don't blame me. Just go and read them! ;)
I still have more but I'll add them to the list once my mind won't act old anymore and will be able to recall the title of those wonderfully-written fics. :)
