Ok seriously I thought I was in shape. I can run under a 10 min mile and do it for 30+ min no problem. I run. I do weights. Really I thought I was pretty good (

Also, what's the stuff she does in the videos? And which ones are they? I'd like to pick them up, I think. =)

I dont know if they are the same as the videos, but I have now done 30 min shread level 1 and 2, and no more trouble zones.
