i'd just like to say its pointless getting mad about this because your in ypsi renting from a landlord...remeber barb..the helpless old lady who screwed us out of what 500 dollars? at least marty hasn't tried to get more money from us and if we get our security deposit (which i'm pretty sure we will) that means marty is a step above all the other landlord's i've had!
