I found out this morning from meredith lustig that jared nathan was killed earlier today in a car accident. apparently the driver (who survived) was drunk. Jared was the only other passenger in the car. that's all I know at this point. There may be a newspaper article in todays paper if you want more information...

I had a super time at the gala. This summer's been bizarre, because it feels like I've gotten to know old friends better in the past three weeks than i'd been able to for years and years before now. which is great! it's weird to be writing in livejournal again...

holy crap, I just sat all morning rereading my favorite book, enders game by orson scott card
its soo good, and I recommend it to anyone who reads things. Its' written very simply, but its so gripping its rucking ridiculous. holy cow
