hell, i wasn't even really involved in the musicals, but I'll help. let me know what I can do. someone mentioned the supreintendent is who to talk to - certainly he's one to write to, also the school board, parents in the community (who can have votes and more sway), and some head of treasury/funds in the district. You could try the city council/hall but in my experience they don't have much say over it.
But yes, DEFINITELY write to school board and superintendent. make noise. polite noise, but noise nonetheless. see if you can get support from staff even.
i hate school politics....it's ridiculous. i'll definately help and i also agree that drama board should write a letter to the district or whatever else we can. i honestly think that the kids who think they're all high and mighty cuz they're QB of the football team or whatever get it from the big cheeses down at the district cuz you would NEVER EVER EVER see them take away football no matter how much negative money there was....arggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
