He's not that hard to kill, if non-ninja folk can do it. I killed him earlier during a game the room forced us into. It's just a matter of knowing about the Sharingan and his techniques, and basic ninjutsu like kawarimi. No one stays dead here, anyway, so I'm not sure what the big deal is.

My thoughts exactly, Sasori. It is ironic that S-rank missing nin have been in this godforsaken room for months now, and yet nobody as issued a warning about us. This only prove how inept Konohagakure really is at assessing risks.
