I went home from work at 4 yesterday. I napped intermittently for most of the late afternoon and evening. And went to bed by 10:45. Got up at 9:30.

I think I might be caught up after the last week of no sleeping and going out. Oh and maybe I've done some drinking lately, too. Even after all that I sleep, I still feel groggy.

So it's a little charged in my corner of the Art Barn. The new boss started this week. Now maybe my perspective is moot since I annouced I'm leaving, but I totally dig this lady. So last night I went to see the film Young@Heart A docuentary about the Young@Heart Chorus. They are a choir of people over 70 that sing pop and punk music. I cried at least three times and laughed so hard I almost peed my pants. I know you're thinking that it sounds mushy and cutesy-gimmicky. Don't worry, it's not at all. SO I'm obsessed with A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. Shut up! I know it's awful. It's all the bad cliches of every reality dating show that bores me. But something about this one has me thoroughly engrossed. Darling K is right there with me, too. Which makes the obsession even more fun.

The California Supreme Court just o verturned the ban on gay marriage in that state. Although, CA has full domestic partnership rights, they declared that separate is not equal and that it isn't fair that hetero couple can get "married" and homo couple can get "domestic partnered."  I am a little overwhelmed. So after SEVEN YEARS, I actually went to the dentist this morning. Miraculously, I hadno cavaties, but I did have calculus build up really bad, so I have to go two different times this summer for them to remove it. Ouch!! But I feel better already just making the appointments and getting the process underway.
