I had a had interview with the people in South Florida yesterday. It was via Skype, which makes it hard to read people, but I felt good about it I should hear back from the, in the next week or so

I don't know much about Baton Rouge except for the red baton. If you got that position I hope you'd enjoy being in that area. As far as the Florida position, that could be pretty awesome too. Someone one told me that at some point you pick the place that you'll want to stay for the rest of your life. Do either of these places mean that to you?

I realize this could well be the place I spend the rest of my life. With that in mind, I would prefer Baton Rouge . . . but I have begun to think in terms of where I want to be rather than where a job exists. Strangely, I find myself thinking of Alaska, which sounds weird, but it is where my mind tends to wander these days,

Like Anchorage or like frozen tundra where you have to fly or boat in and out?

Like either. I feel in love with Alaska when I first visited there. I had lunch with a friend last week and he asked me why I was not looking in Alaska since I have said for years I would love to live there. Since lunch, I have been thinking ,more and more about Alaska as a place to live and work.

Any thoughts?
