It has been a while, but I think I will start this up again.  Have had some changes in my life and it would be nice to keep track of them here.

For now, I think that life is at the point where I might just have to scream. Got sick last week; it wasn't good, because I had to go to Urgent Care twice. Having surgery in March - woohoo. Mom is well, loving her classes. School is, well, school. It will be over soon.

I think the summer kicked my butt. I am pretty sure that I have worked harder this summer than ever before, so why do I feel like I accomplished very little. Don't get me wrong; it has been rewarding, and I feel like I have helped a lot of students, so why do I feel as if it isn't enough ( Read more... )

It has been awhile since I've written in this journal. Life has just gotten quite busy. With school, work, teaching, and mom, I seem to not have time to do much anymore. I found out that I will be finished with graduate school (for now) next June - sooner than I had anticipated. My mom is well, hanging in there, and happy - which makes me happy ( Read more... )

The Irish boys are leaving. It makes me sad to see them go; they are a lot of fun. Last night, Brenda and I drove the 72 miles to Tujunga, and took them to the movies to see the 40-year-old virgin. It was the kind of light-hearted evening that I have needed for awhile now ( Read more... )

I don't know why I felt bothered lately, and it irritates the heck out of, because I don't want to be bothered. Like, people posting stuff about Kathy Griffin makes me angry.
