Wow, I can totally relate here- every time I go back I can barely stand it.

It almost hurts to read my past entries, before I started thinking clearly. Hell, I've obviously still got a TON of work to do on growing and understanding the world, but at least I can see how far I've come.

I promise not to read your older entries, but I recommend not beating yourself up over it. Try to remember you went through phases, did stupid stuff and all that so that you could grow and mature from them. The most positive thing you can take from looking back is that you can see a separation from the thoughts and patterns you dislike about the "you" of the past and the "you" you are now. Congrats on growing so much that the past shocks you- this is something to be proud of!
