Last year i've found a strange Droideka, and it looks incomplete. But as i searched the net for any SW sets - i've found nothing like the one on my photo. So i wonder, if anyone recalls anything about such a set or could tell me the name of the set i can use to complete it?

I have that set as well and it looks complete to me too. Except I don't see the plunger part that is use to transform it from rolling to upright but maybe its the angle. Its a Technic set so you'd have to find technic pieces to complete it which shouldn't be hard. Go here:
http://us.service.lego.com/en-US/BuildingInstructions/default.aspx

And you can find the instructions with the set number 8002.

I have that set, but since I keep almost all my sets in one position only, most of my elastic bands have snapped (worn out) over time, so the head of mine doesn't stay up anymore.

I actually got black elastic bands with mine, and not that nice matching brown elastic band that you have on it's "head" to hold it up.

And it looks perfectly complete to me. The instructions will tell you wnat to do to roll it up so then you can roll it along the ground and then watch it "pop open" when it hits that red connecter pin sticking out of it's curved back. However for me it never fully worked. I think it was the arms that didn't pop out every time I tried.
