Brain MRI

On Friday at 6:00 PM I went to St. Luke's Hospital's radiology department. I didn't understand why I needed to go to the hospital. After all, I had an MRI once before for kidney stones. I had gone to a walk-in physician's center. It was a simple matter to hand them my doctor's orders, lie on my back, and quickly pass through the circular imaging

You know, I did the same thing to get through the dentist. I realized at some point between the needles and the crunching that I was panicking, and I started to put my full attention towards breathing, mostly so I wouldn't pass out. Meditation and breathing can get you through a lot
