this is interesting! I started thinking about my own obessive irritational behaviour towards eating before he started talking about obesity.
he says that not having a belief system in place is the 'best' way to move forwards to create a better system, yet we've got as far as we have through having belief systems, all over the world?
I'm going to watch it again now because my mind wandered away through a lot of it *my silly brain*

I'm surprised that the brain is still seen as the king and the body only as secondary. Yet remove it and the brain is useless...
