I was bad today. I consumed 2 strawberry cobblers from back yard burger. the first was on the way TO work, but I have a grilled chicken breat hawaiian sandwich combo.....conveniently they forgot my fries. I did it again.....stupid stupid. And something that made me very uncomfortable eons ago....literally months ago at Sanctus......surfaced..... and my worst fears were true......I am so completely embarrassed. So I went to work out tonihgt....used the eliptical machine for 13 minutes! 1 whole mile and 156 calories....AWESOME! went to the stationary bike...started pedeling and after 3 minutes became dizzy.
