When I woke up we had no heat, no light, and no water. So when everybody else had left to visit my uncle in jail, I lighted nearly all the candles in the livingroom and ate gingerbread-hearts from a box while I read the newspaper.

This house is very cold.

Oh god, I'm watching the documentary about Kjetil on TV...the guy who got beaten up so badly he's now multihandicapped and bound to a wheelchair for the rest of his life. It's really really sad, like seriously heartbreaking. His mother talks to him and holds his hands and asks him if he can open his eyes a little...he was in such a bad state he had ( Read more... )

I went right to Oslo today in the hopes of meeting Linn and borrowing Tipping the Velvet, but ended up shopping with Ida instead, which wasn't bad at all, but in fact very nice.
