I'm pretty tickled with my breakfast this morning. It looks like a bowl of garnets, rubies, citrine and amber. It's bright and pretty and very, very tasty

I love oatmeal. I like to top it with sliced candied ginger, slivered almonds (or whatever nuts we have really), craisins, dried date pieces, and cream (if we have it) or milk. Even the old maple syrup & raisins will do in a pinch though.
