Yesterday we walked until I could walk no further. There were markets (flower, flea, etc.) of all sorts, the Rembranthuis, and some more walking. I picked up a fun sweater of sorts, but won't wear it until we're home to keep the cat hair from becoming ingrained. Our garden has begun growing! The garlic and chives have both begun to peek out of the earth. We have mystery bulbs unfurling from their wintry homes. I look forward to seeing what shall bloom. I finished a project that has been a long work in progress. It was a gift for a friend who is fond of elephants. There are two cross-stitched elephants, each incorporated into a fabric bag. My sewing skills are rusty, but I think these will at least be functional, if amateur in some elements.

I dreamt about a garb/sewing night that Lostvirtue hosted with an amazing spread of food. The showstopper was the bread shaped like a turtle. Conveniently she explained to me in the dream how she made it. A few weeks ago, I did color and glitter some eggs with a good friend. We accidentally used the brown eggs, but the results were fantastic. I find I actually prefer the colors over the brown; they're richer, not so neon/pastel. We also did two green eggs (the octopus and the floral with shades of purple). Tuesday was a mostly good day. I took off from work, slept in (more than I'd meant to), did some changes to the hair (finally!!!
