Sometime's it's nice to have headaches in the morning, especially when you have headaches most days you have to wake up. You just feel a lot better knowing you can just lay down for hours instead of having to deal with it while at school/work.

It's an old flyer i found in this gallery of the japanese underground heavy psych band Les Rallizes Denudes, one who has become one of my absolute favorites in the past year or two. So underground that they were together for near 30 years without a legitimate label release (though there are dozens of live bootlegs & studio stuff around the internet.) They've got some absolutely monolithicly spaced out psych & blues pieces that are usually up to 10 and 20 minutes long. I think I remember you not being too much into a lot of longer, repetitive stuff, but their sounds in the right settings are absolutely timeless. Anyone who's been around the psychedelic block once or twice will tell you that these guys are top-shelf. Their last show, unfortunately, was in 1996 ( ... )

expensive. at least for an undergroundy band.

These days there are still shows for 600 yen here & there. Tickets for Cats or something would be more like 18,000.

Can you tell when it was made? If it was like, back in their heyday late 60s early 70s, that'd be nuts outrageous. 1000 yen converts to like, $8.40 us, so if it was a more recent concert like early 90s or something, even if it was considered pricy in the japanese super-underground concert market, I'd still say it's a helluva deal.

I was assuming 70s, mostly because of the look of the flyer/font & because it takes place at a university facility/student center (which might mean nothing, but you don't really see shows like that at universities in Japan these days). I'll ask mah friend about the price.
