I managed to finish my claim for 20inspirations pretty easily considering I started it less than a week ago. I chose simplicity because it's something I have a lot of trouble with. Simply put (no pun intended) I don't know when to stop. I just keep adding stuff because I fear it'll look dull or to cover up bits and pieced that I dislike ( Read more... )

Thanks so so much! I'm actually surprised people are liking 13 so much, the original cap was great but after working on it for so long I wasn't sure it would work at all.

I think I'll just sit here and stare at #8 for a couple of hours, if you don't mind.
Oh, and when I'm done I need a couple of hours more because #14, #16 and #19 demand my complete attention as well.

That one will never get old. XD ♥

Okay, I'll give you a few hours, but after that I'll start charging.

PS: Do you think #14 worked? I sort of liked the idea when I pictured it in my mind, but I wasn't sure about the result. Don't they get lost in all that green?

Not at all! Perhaps it would have worked in b/w as well, but I think the pale green is a nice touch. The simple composition makes it look like an old movie poster, and the subtle green helps to create this 'old days' mood, in my opinion. <3

I love the darkness of the subjects against the light gray background and white texture in 16. That is brilliant and also amazingly elegant. I also really like the text work in 19 and the split composition with a colored and B/W figure!
