Ha - trust Donna to point out the important thing that they are still, in fact, chained up. :) The sense of time slipping away from her is very poignant though!

I'll wait (im)patiently for the next part on Wednesday. ;)

Yeah, the Doctor tends to get a bit carried away and forgets some slightly vital details :P

Hope it's worth the wait! And thanks for commenting :)

Another fabulous chapter but yes, they're still tied up! Looking forward to seeing how they get out of that one...

Enjoy your evening tomorrow and don't worry about us sitting here waiting a whole extra day for an update ;)

Thanks :D Yup, it's a minor obstacle...

Aw, now you're making me feel guilty! I should imagine it's a welcome break from my endless fic posting :P

Ah, yes, the idiot villain who always talks too much. Still, I'm glad Donna could be the person to point out the answer, and now they can make it happen. Surely, since he could communicate with the hoses, the Doctor can do something similar to the chains.

Thank goodness villains always have a weakness for monologuing - otherwise the auudience would have no idea what was going on, and the heroes would never work out what to do to save the day! You'd think they'd learn ;)

Ah, well the Doctor might have another trick up his sleeve for the chains...

Ah, yes, definitely a useful little failure point. And I look forward to seeing what the Doctor comes up with!

At first I thought 'Well Hector's obviously never read the evil overlord list'. But then I felt sorry for him about his childhood. Looking forward to your next entry. It just means that I'll finish reading this on a weekend which is good because I prefer to finish good stories on the weekend : ) And good old Donna for keeping the Doctor focussed.

I always knew Hector was going to be the friend-turned-enemy but that didn't stop me becoming rather fond of him, so I'm glad you don't hate him entirely :) (I'm treating my characters like real people again... gotta stop that!)

Thanks1 *counts* Ah yes, the epilogue will be posted on Friday so it'll be Saturday morning in the lovely Aussieland :P
