I am looking for gothic music in 3/4 time. Not so common, but there's some out there.

Yes! The original version is; the Marilyn Manson remix is predictably reduced to 4/4.

I just now detect that Gingerbread Coffin by Rasputina is in 3/4 as well. Time to plumb my Rasputina collection again; if I was looking for an excuse to listen to a lot of Rasputina, this is it.

How about 6/8?

It's for waltzing to, so 6/8 works as long as it isn't heavily uptempo.

Bel Canto strikes me as an excellent place to look, and Dewy Fields is an excellent choice.

The Cocteau Twins:

Most above are in 6/8...very difficult to find anything in 3/4. It strikes me that This Mortal Coil might have something, but I am out of time. Hope this helps!!!
