Indeed they are :)
With LJ's crappy "No out of date posting in a community" rules so we can't put a "Feedback please" box up at the top and have it stay there, we're still working out what's going to be the easiest method.
If you have something immediate, just reply to one of the admin created threads, otherwise stay tuned for us working out the best method :)

Comments are definitely welcome! The whole point of running a playtest is to get feedback from people who aren't us :-)

You can leave feedback by commenting on any of the posts in the community, or by emailing us directly. We will also probably have some surveys after a week or so on any specific features we would like feedback on.

Also, thank you very much for volunteering to playtest the game!

I'm interested :)

Apparently there are Things That I Need To Finish on the horizon. Either this will help me getting them done, or I'll feel better about procrastinating along the way...

Awesome :-) I'm also about to put up a PhD related quest when I get home this evening.

My problem with computer games is the same as real life, I keep getting distracted by side quests. I end up jumping from quest to quest, I really should find a quest and stick to it.

Any ideas on a process to decide on an epic quest?

I tend to have several epic quests going at once, since I get bored if I'm only doing one thing. For making sure things get finished eventually, I find it helps to have a list of projects I'm working on, along with what my definition of "finished" is for each one and target dates. Reviewing this list now and then means that projects might go on hold for months or even years, but they don't get forgotten. Also, when I really want to stop working on a project, I try to get it to the point of just-finished-enough, so at least I've completed something, even if it's not what I originally set out to do.

For deciding on a quest in the first place, I'd just choose whichever one interests you most right now, or whichever one is the most important to you.
