Christmas went pretty well, considering how unprepared I was for it. Until I decided to start playing the accordion, I usually got frustrated with all of the other instruments I tried. Rather than encouraging me to get better, hearing amazing musicians perform on those instruments just made me realize that I would never be that good, because I didn't have the drive.
