the last time we had a category 5 typhoon. Ondoy (Int'l: Ketsana) was category 1 in terms of windspeed, but the amount of rainfall was crazy . But Pepeng (Int'l: Parma) is about THE SIZE OF THE WHOLE FREAKIN COUNTRY, and it's category 5. D ( Read more... )

Hm.. O__O so basically it's like Pepeng's going to be 5x worse than Ondoy? Can't imagine it!!!!

Less rainfall, but more wind.. so I guess it can be more destructive.

I felt really bad staying at home so I went to school to volunteer :\
I'm scared for the coming typhoon :( All those people still in suffering :(

I volunteered on Monday, but had to be back in the office for the rest of the week. I had trouble focusing on work, though. :\

The typhoon is all over the news in here; I rushed right after the evening news here to see if you have updated -kinda means you're in one piece if you're able to post.

I'm praying really hard for you! The Finnish department of Red Cross has taken some actions and I'll make sure to donate something via them♥

I remember the Saturday when Ondoy hit, everybody on FB were all in a frenzy of helps and pleads and what not! It was dramatic! Like everybody we knew were drowning simultaneously-- THEN JUST THEN, clicking on the "show more posts" thing, you get to espy this FARMVILLE shit and I... Okay I wont write down my reaction anymore.
