WOW - I have come to expect it by now. But the fact that someone wants to spend $350,000 plus on construction costs of a 3 story house (not including cost of the property) on a steep slope but is unwilling to pay 6.5 to 8 thousand on getting the design/construction documents done that things will be built from done properly still boggles my mind. Suffering from burnout from working working working... and feeling like I am getting nowhere......

Makes it hard to sit down and focus on working.
