Back to work.. and then a road trip!
Well, summer couldn't last forever for me. I had an extra week and a bit off, so that was nice, but now I'm starting to get calls for supply teaching again. Craptacular. That's the best way I can describe how I'm feeling right now. Today has been one let down after another, but at least I learned some valuable lessons.
#1. Never try to accommodate your schedule for a man. He will change his mind at the last minute because he was out drinking the night before, and you will end up being later than you ( Read more... ) -

I know that elements of 80s fashion are back in style because of the 20 year cycle, but I thought some things, like shoulder pads and bodysuits, would stay buried in time. Three Tidbits
Tidbit 1: I must really be meant to be a Catholic teacher. I was sitting behind two teenagers today at Mass, and they were talking and elbowing each other the entire time. Overdue update!
The summer is slipping away too quickly! I've already had a bad dream about going back to supply teaching :P Ah well, I've had a lot of good times already and I've even accomplished a few things! Here are some highlights:
