I hate CNN, but I was wrapped up in watching the images of the Middle East that they were showing this afternoon. The destruction is just heartbreaking. I feel so useless sitting there in my living room watching people dig their loved ones out of rubble. I wish there was more I could do. Just came back from watching Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. My butt is sore from sitting for 2.5 hours, but I loved it! I don't think the quantity of sexxxy Johnny Depp screen time was as much as the first movie, but it was quality time!

Talk to God! Well, talk to iGod anyway. It's a fun little experience. The conversation isn't always smooth, but it's still a laugh. I broke iGod with some Canadian sarcasm when I said "Phew, good thing, eh?" :P

I was taking a nap and at woke up at 7:40. I thought it was 7:40 a.m., so I jumped out of bed in a panic, and fumbled for my planner in my purse as I wondered what school I was supposed to be at today. I just discovered a fantastic benefit of being a teacher in Ontario: free and/or discounted admission to museums and places like the Science Centre and ROM in Toronto! I am *totally* going to take advantage of this!!!
