Is plan B the morning after pill (i'm from the uk)? When my friend took the morning after pill it did make her irregular. But i think the best thing to do is take a test and you could do this at the doctors if you are unsure. I would also suggest you use a correct method of contraception as withdrawal is not one, either condoms or the pill is not difficult (and usually free!), you could ask your dr or local health clinic for more info. There is def a possibility you are freaking out over nothing but the best thing to do is get checked out as quickly as possible or it is going to be in the back of your mind until you find out. Also if for some reason you are pregnant (although it may not be what you want to hear) it would be better to find out sooner rather than later in order to give you time to plan and get your head round what you would do. Sorry this isn't very positive sweetie but i think it is best to just get it over with and find out now, that way you know if you are worrying over nothing. x
yeah it is...i know i need to take the test...and i know it's a bad idea to have sex without a condom (esp with a guy i don't wanna spend any more time with!). Boundary setting is something I have a really hard time with still, and though I'm working on it, it's only harming me.
I'm waiting until next week to see how things are...
Everytime I've ever taken Plan B it makes me super irregular. It made it 2 weeks late one time and then it came 2 weeks after that. One time I spotted a bit when I should've had my period then a week later I got a heavy period.
And I can't tell you how many times stress has made my period late - up to a week even!!
Calm yourself down and give it a few weeks! You're fine!
I'm sure its just the plan B. I've had times before where I've felt that way, you know convinced that its different this time, and it turned out to be a false alarm. Also, changes in eating habit (ex, heavy restricting) can effect your period as well, which I'm sure you know.
If you're so terrified, just go buy a pregnancy test. Its scary for a minute, but I'm sure you'll feel a million times better knowing.
When I took the morning after pill it really messed me up for months. I took it back in April and my periods are still all over the place so that plus the stress you're experiencing at the moment will be most likely to be having an impact on you. If I were you though I would take a test anyway - if only to put your mind at ease. Take care x x
