I had a horrible breakdown today. I was at work and I couldn't even talk. Went to the bathroom, waiting for it past and it only grew worse. There is a lot of stuff I really have to get out of my chest but since I am a bit busy, I just can't do it right now. There is some very delicate stuff and I have to think through what I will write.
