Oh my gosh. I'm to embarrassed to say. But not very often, since sheets mean an extra load of laundry, and at $1.75/wash and $.25 for six minutes in the dryer that is a lot of $$$!

Every 3-4 months? I think. Yeah, not often enough. Because I'm lazy.

Every week, but only because I'm forced to. We have nazi rules on a ship.

Otherwise I'd only do it about once a month. I shower before I go to bed, and I sleep in the nude, so my sheets don't get that dirty quickly.
