While I was still living in Vermont, I came up with my own personal Bucket List. When I looked at it a few days ago, I was pleasantly surprised by how much progress I've made in just over four years. In particular:

Simplicity in the eye of the beholder. Barrow my kids for a week end...and by Monday 6 am your life will seem really simple. lol. I am starting a service "rent a kid"
