Today was one of those awfuld ays where i was like "why does everything hurt" and then bam, uterus revolt.
It was not ideal. But after work I took Oskar for a walk and it was so nice out. I was able to read outside and took a bit of a bath. I'm not stressed right now. I took thenight off from homework. It's really been such a nice evening.

I keep saying that life is a beautiful mix of weird and stressful. Everything feels good right now, even the work i'm doing, which i don't always love but needs to get done, is kind of cool ( Read more... )

I feel like I haven't had a normal day in weeks. I'm perpetually exhausted and i can't seem to turn my mind off. So much is happening at once and i want to do so many more things.
Really i just need summer and a chance to not have a constant list of things that need to get done.

I'm happier than I have a right to be. I listened to Sufjan Stevens while working on my paper (almost done with this messy second draft. I haven't posted in a few days. I like that I'm in a place in my life where that doesn't bother me. Things feel good, mostly. In between ridiculous conversations today Jasmyn said something really comforting about transition being weird, but it passing eventually. That's what the last three months have felt like. Snacky and sleepy.

Today was a shit show at work but i got dinner with kelli and jen and that was truly lovely.
i'm now very sleepy and dreading tomorrow and all of the work i need to do this weekend.
