I accidentally poked myself in the eye last night, and today it's all swollen. And you know what? It's kind of sexy--in a side show circus freak kind of way, I mean. You know, like the original Hilton sisters, the conjoined twins who could sing, play instruments and romance a man all at the same time

an accidental poke... Generally I have to restrain myelf from poking myself in the eye on purpose! As people drive me to it. But i do use the finest of restraints!

I try to avoid self injury as much as possible. I usually just get others to do it for me. This, plus burning my hand on an oven the other day, was pure carelessness.

I'll be sure to keep sporks out of your reach. Their eye-gouging efficiency is too tempting.
