Fan meetups are awesome. I attend two regularly for two of my fandoms, one of which I organised from scratch

Seriously, all you need is a group of fans and beer to make it a fun time. We never do anything fancy at ours. Sometimes we write round robin fic or decorate pictures but that's about it

Yeah! I was thinking that even if we couldn't get Kyle to go, we could do stuff like that and have triva games, etc. Could be a lot of fun and a chance for me to meet a lot of LJ people face to face! Thanks. :)

I think it'd be a wunnerful idea. My only reservation is the fact that you're in Texas (?) and I'm in Virginia (!) and I don't drive. Otherwise, if I had a car, I'D BE ON THIS SHIT SO QUICK IS WHAT I'M SAYING

Actually, it will most likely be held in Los Angeles. You could fly or take a bus if you wanted to come. (If possible, of course, I know people always have other factors involved.)
