i moved from connecticut to chicago when i graduated from high school. i came home once a year for about five days, until this year, four years after leaving. and finally, finally i realized that i had to come home. that i had exiled myself from this place and it was haunting me. that i wasn't willing to live without the memories of the places i spent eighteen years of my life.
