I've been such a slacker here but the job has (as I has foreseen) completely engulf me. On the other hand, I never had so much pleasure at working, this job is a gift from above, nothing less. And to think I so hesitated to take the plunge, to all of you who pushed me in that direction, THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Yay! I'm so glad the new job is going so well. You deserve it! :)

But I *HAVE* to comment on this:

*spanks vigorously* Do you have any idea how many men like full-figured women?? Heck, the very first thing my hubby said upon seeing a picture of you for the first time was, "Ooooo! Who is that??" He was walking by the 'puter and did a double-take, had to come back to the 'puter to get a better look! LOL! You are one of the most beautiful, sexiest women I know. So there! *crosses arms and hmphs*

It is really great to hear that things are going well in your life! It's a complete turn around from the past few years, and it makes me so happy to see you finding everything so rewarding and fulfilling. :)

Yeah it's definitely a huge turn-around but in a good way. :)

Not much up with me worth talking about. I'll make an update sometime, but it just seems silly to blog without something momentous to talk about like this entry!

I would suspect you're not going with him because you're right that its Myriams "thing". Possibly he doesn't trust himself being alone with you!! And, while they're away, who is supposed to be minding the office? If he knows you're there, he knows things will be ok. Besides that chick, shows are fucking hard work and intensely boring.

I am SO pleased you're finally getting the recognition and encouragement you deserve :))

Ah well see, this happens all in a weekend, they don't need anyone tending the office while they'll be gone because it will be closed. The Myriam thing seems the most plausible I suppose and yah, I know how hard those presentations are, I was actually worried cuz I was almost sure he would ask me to go and I didn't wanna...but now am upset cuz it seems I was never part of the plan :S For the rest am intensely happy and he misses no occastion on playing pranks on me, if the saying is true, you only tease the ones you like, I will take is as in I do fit in and he's happy with my work. :)

I tried to spank you this morning but you never replied...must I email those spanks now? ;)

I am so glad to hear that things are going so well. That your creativity and natural gregariousness, as well as your sense of fasion are all being used. And that your having fun and being well treated while you are at it. Go, you!

But Nef is right. If your weight was an issue, he'd likely not have hired you and talked you up to begin with. You are warm and sexy and very exotic, and I'm sure that all of those thigns were as obvious to him as they are to us. It's part of why he wanted you, after all.

that's the thing babe, he did not interviewed anyone else, when he was talking with Myriam saying she just had too much work to do to be able to do everything and they really needed someone else...that's when the phone rang and it was someone from my group, he saw it as a sign!

I think I never even tried to use my creativity that way before, it comes so naturally it's almost scary, I just really feel at my place there, so lets hope it last. I know my weight is not an issue for some, but you know how companies are sometimes with the image thing, I did replace a receptionnist once somewhere and the girl was leaving for good, but instead of keeping me, they've hired someone else, saying I did not fit the *image of the company*, no need to be sherlock to figured that one out. I don't even think at that point, his own personal taste are involve if you know what I mean, but yah, it's probably more not to make Myriam feel completely left out and strangly, his gf would probably be less jealous of him leaving with her, cuz she's only 25 and she knows he's more like a dad to her then anything else, not only is she not interested but he isn't either. Might be my lack of experience too, there's just something about the whole thing that makes me itch, just can't put my finger on it. Thanks for the compliment on the ( ... )
