Parents home safely. I had smudge checked out because we found lumps, but luckily, they were just harmless fatty deposits and she will be fine. Dave and I are buying a flat. Drive by update zoom! -

I got bonus money from the government!
I had to file for a statement of earnings a little while ago and it turns out I overpayed in taxes last year and I got a €260 refund check.

There's some crazy shaking up going on at work. Hopefully it will include me being awesome and people saying "you are awesome Lauri, here is a bajillion euros.
Had a good bookclub meeting tonight, even though it was small. I might have found a pen and paper rpg group, which makes my inner geek gleeful. Also ate pizza. -

I got my hair cut today. Originally I was going to cut it to my chin again, but I realized that lots of random people give me compliments when its long and without my industrial, nose and eyebrow piercings I'm not sure I have the edge to rock short and choppy anymore. I've landed in Kerry. I'm heading to bed pitifully early because I'm still hung over from the company dinner last night. I will be hanging out in tralee tomorrow so maybe I will post some pictures. -

- I'm a little sad, because I successfully hooked up Buzz to my LJ, and it streams all my posts here, but LJ doesn't support the opposite. I love Buzz because I'm in Gmail all day at work, so if I have a thought, Buzzing takes literally takes next to no effort. Also sharing stuff is way easier on Buzz. In conclusion, all of you start using Buzz!
