talked everything out with my therapist, didn't help at all. I honestly don't know what to do, i'm on a slippery downhill slope, i can't find a job, i have no leads again. i need help and can't think of anyone to help me. i know my mate can sense my depression, but i can't bounce back on my own. i've tried and failed at that.

finally got to sleep this morning at about 6:00-6:15 am, tired as hell, but its what i have to put up wif for taking a mucus expectorant before bed. figured it'd come up while i slept, unfortunately i was only half right, it came up and wouldn't let me sleep, too much coughing. oh well, i'm just glad to have gotten a lot of that stuff out of my ( Read more... )

Sorry i haven't posted in so long. I've been keeping busy, trying to stay sane. for the most part, it isn't working. since i last posted i started drinking heavily, cut back to once every other weekend.. also still smoking, but not as much as i was.
