Really? I wasn't aware that one had to repay, and the other did not. I thought they were pushing an amendment that kept everyone from having to repay...

I'm one of those 2008 suckers, I guess. Oh well.

Never mind, I sorted it out. Whatever... paying 10% of our purchase price over 15 years -- interest free -- isn't so tragic. The credit is a huge help this year...
