i had an annual exam with my naturopath last week and she found a lump in my breast. i'm not too concerned but i must admit there's the little part of me that remembers 3 years ago not being concerned about my mom and she ended up having breast cancer. i have a mammogram scheduled for monday so i'll know soon enough.

I hope that all goes well with your appointment. I had a slight scare last year, but it all turned out okay. At least now I have a baseline mammogram to work with!
