today is "fall break" meaning no school/work. it froze last night. its barely october. the desert is weird the way it drops in temperature so suddenly. the high for today is 72 but its still cold right now. this morning my mom and i bundled up before it was all the way light out and drove to see the balloons take off.

Things are getting better.
Talking more, saying what I need to say to the people who need to hear it.
Going to start working part time as a TA.
But, what I am most excited about is running the writing club where I will be a TA. It's going to be completely up to me what happens in it.

so i'm really happy.

i'm graduating on time.
i have good friends.
i am content with my life.
no longer apprehensive about my return to albuquerque but i am actually excited about going there and taking art classes and eventually art for grad school.
taking charge of my own life.

everything feels like it is falling into place.
